After their comback stage Brown eyed girls have toped the internet music charts. Attaining the no.1 spot from July 29th-30th. They were number one on Cyworld, Dosirak, Mnet and Soribada music charts.

Their music video has also become very popular. So popular that they decided to release a dance version.

At the age of 30, Pop icon singer Ayumi Hamasaki becomes the new face of top brand Rimmel London cosmetics. She was chosen as the first-ever representative in Asia for this brand. This new ad should be apearing in Asia sometime this month.

Ayu was chosen not only because of her big sparkling eyes and popularity, but also because she is a beautiful and strong woman that a lot of girls aspire to. I am very happy for Ayu! and that the fashion industry is finally opening up and allowing different faces to be represented.

Singer Kaori Kawamura dies of cancer

Kaori Kawamura was a popular rock/pop singer who debuted at 17 yrs old in 1988 with the single, "Zoo."

In 2004, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been bravely battling it for years. she was also an anti-breast cancer activist. She died on Tuesday at a hospital in Tokyo at the age of 38.

I'd like to pay tribute to Kawamura with this song. Kiite kudasai (Please listen)

Aya Kiguchi as "Robogeisha"

23 year old gravure idol, Aya Kiguchi, will star in Robogeisha, which was directed by Noboru Iguchi and will be released in October. Other stars include Naoto Takenaka, Matsuo Suzuki, Asami Kumakiri and Etsuko Ikuta.

Yoshie, played by Kiguchi, is the younger sister and attendant of a geisha. One day the sisters are invited to a dinner by the son of the president of an Iron corporation. They are "kidnapped" and trained to be assasins by the company president. Yoshie then begins to doubt the motives of the group who kidnapped her.

What do you think of this Kimono do or don't?



After being criticized for her outfit being to revealing. Japan's candidate for the 2009 Miss Universe pageant will make adjustments to her costume.

“Considering the opinions we got from many supporters and other people concerned, we decided to make the hemline.. of the costume longer,” IBG Japan

What do you think of this kimono? I understand what shes going for but I think it should be a little longer.
