Dubu Wanja Tuignim (Tofu ball fry), fried mushrooms and Japanese Rice
TOFU BALL FRY:
Ingredients~

Tofu - 40 ounces
Peeled Shrimp - 3.5 ounces or 100g
Green onion - 1/2 stalk
Red pepper - 2 pieces
Ginger juice - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1
Flour/Starch powder - 2 tbsp
Salad oil - 3 cups
Pepper and salt - to your taste

Preparations~
1.) Take out the tofu and drain the water; use a paper towel to get out the excess. Then, using hands mash it finely.
2.) Chop shrimp, green onion and red pepper.
3.) Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well by hand. Add the egg and starch powder or flour and mix again.
4.) Shape the misture into 1-inch balls and fry them in salad oil at medium heat.
5.) Serve with a seasoning dip (2tbsp soy sauce and 2 tsp vinegar). Mix well.
FRIED MUSHROOMS:
Ingredients~

Mushrooms - 6 whole pieces (or however many you like)
Cooking oil - to cover base of frying pan

Preparations~
1.) Fry till light brown/cooked. Can also be served with seasoning dip.
JAPANESE RICE:
Ingedients~

Japanese rice - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/5 cup (water should be 1/2 inch above rice level)
Deep pan

Preparations~
1.) Wash rice with cold water in a colander until water becomes clear.
2.) Place rice in a pan or rice cooker and add water. Let rice soak for at least 30mins.
3.) If using a pan, cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil with high heat. The turn heat to low and cook for 15 to 20mins untill water is almost gone.
4.) Remove from heat and let the rice steam in pan for about 10mins.
Serve and enjoy!

Yes, a friend and I made them. Awesome! you should definitely try it. it wasn't too difficult to make
